EBP
Evidence-Based Practice
EBP is the integration of the best research with clinical expertise and client values. (Sacket et al., 2014)
EBP is a "cyclic and symbiotic" relationship between clinical work and research. (Reilly, 2004)

- Document the internal evidence
- Search for and find the best external evidence to answer the question
- Critically evaluate the evidence you find for it's validity, strength, and usefulness
- Use your clinical experience combined with your research findings to apply to practice
- Evaluate and audit your performance
